In dyeing and finishing process, if a reasonable neutralization process is not adopted, a large number of alkaline substances are illegally used, which will inevitably lead to pH exceeding the standard.

Therefore, the inspection and quarantine departments should strengthen publicity and education, guide enterprises to enhance quality awareness, improve quality safety system, and standardize the purchase and use of raw materials.

As a production enterprise, we must establish crisis awareness and risk awareness, and train a group of technicians who understand the relevant standards at home and abroad, and communicate with customers in a timely manner so as to ensure that the quality of products meets the requirements of inspection and quarantine in the export areas.
