according to Ministry of Commerce According to the requirements of Document No. 2007, No. 1, the printing port of the textile temporary license application system will be closed from April 30, 2007. The English certificate will be printed and distributed by our center. All import and export enterprises will return the blank certificate which has not been used before April 30th to our center.

From May 8th onwards Application for employment The process is as follows:

First, the enterprise uses the electronic key of its unit to log on the management platform of the Ministry of Commerce's quota license bureau, and according to the corresponding certificate application form of different commodities, the quota category should be sent to the municipal commercial bureau by two forms, Chinese and English. After being reviewed by the city commercial bureau's service center and the review by the trade and management department, the service center of the Municipal Bureau of Commerce will print the textile export certificate and export enterprise's printed textile export certificate application form.

Two, the export enterprises shall apply for the certificate of textile export certificate with the official seal (a copy of the original contract should be attached to the quota category), and receive an English certificate at the window No. 16 and 17 of the Municipal Bureau of Commerce, and receive the temporary export license and pay the certificate fee at window 18.

Three, after the certificate of the catering system is matched with the application form, the enterprise will submit it to the window No. 16 and 17, and the City Commercial Bureau Service Center will be issued within three working days.

Four. When applying for the certificate issued by the applicant, the applicant must fill in the certificate number on the login book and sign for reference.
