Both the governments of Hunan and Zhuzhou ranked the industrial clusters of the garment industry as the focus. By 2012, the annual turnover of the Hunan city was 50 billion yuan, the total output value of apparel processing industry reached 12 billion yuan, the output value exceeded 100 million yuan and the number of enterprises reached 10, and 1~2 strong brands of Chinese clothing and 20 famous brands in Hunan were produced. By 2015, the annual turnover of clothing city reached 80 billion yuan, and the total output value of garment processing industry reached 20 billion yuan, which has produced 10 strong brands of Chinese clothing and 50 famous brands in Guangdong Province. By 2020, the annual turnover of the garment city in Shandong Province reached 100 billion yuan, the total output value of clothing processing reached 40 billion yuan, and 1 or more world-class brands were produced.

Build 100 billion industrial clusters, first cultivate local brands; cultivate local brands and build industrial bases. Integrating the resources of processing industry and incubating local brands with modern garment industrial parks will become a breakthrough in the upgrading of the industry.

At the same time, he took the initiative to seek the alliance and invest 230 million yuan with the US "western region camel" clothing Industrial and Trading Company to create "new Luson clothing (urban) Industrial Park", which has aroused strong reactions from all sides.

"New Lu Song garment (urban) Industrial Park" integrates garment design, production, sales, training and ancillary industries to form an industrial chain, playing an exemplary role for the garment industry. Its 260 thousand sq m international standard workshop can accommodate more than 100 small and medium-sized garment enterprises to enter the park. After fully put into operation, it can achieve an annual output value of 1 billion 600 million yuan.

With the support of the two level party committees and government, the project has become a demonstration park for Zhuzhou's "urban industrial park" and "SME Incubation Park". At present, there are more than 60 garment scale enterprises in the new Lun song garment industrial park. They have already entered the garden or signed the intention to enter the garden. The brand names include Western camel, erdin fort, Jia Xuan, Hong men Cadbury, Jiangnan lady, Xiang Chun, Sheng Nu, Mei Shi Bell Usa, lion leopard wolf, ancient teenager, Bao Jia Si, Xianggeli, violet, etc., among which the first phase owner is about to put into production in the near future.
