World Expo, Shanghai

During the exhibition, apart from presenting the "Happy Street" of the National Pavilion, the exhibitor Holland also set up a Holland cultural center outside the Expo site, Jingan District, Shanghai. It will create a grand gathering of Chinese culture and art.

During the 6 months' activities, seven exhibitions will be held at the Holland Cultural Centre, including visual arts, photography, costumes, design, architecture and urban planning. All exhibitions will be open to the public free of charge.

In addition, there will be concerts, dramas, performances and films at the end of the week.

Drama performance "empty point"

"Empty point" is a visual art drama performance, its plot construction and development with a large number of "paparazzi style" capture life photos.

Nada, 19, has been watching people around for years, secretly taking photos to capture these people's private lives.

Her main interest is to explore people's various lifestyles and to provide references for their choices.

Driven by curiosity, she saw all kinds of -- sometimes extreme -- human behavior.

Holland film master Evans classic review

The weekend of mid July 2010 will be dedicated to Holland film master Uris Evans.

This retrospective exhibition is organized by the Holland Film Museum in Amsterdam.

"Piano lead line" concert

The two award-winning musicians, Frederic Sze and pianist Nino geweitze, won the first prize in 2007 for their performance in the two ensemble. They were widely praised. Since then, they have been out of hand. They have not only co recorded the complete sonata of Violin and Piano released by von Weber, nexos, but also in China, France and Holland.

Dance performance "the life of the dancer"

The life of dancers includes three dance choreographers and workshop activities from young choreographers from Holland.

The three choreography works are: Joeri Dubbe's "exploring the future", David Middendorp's "15 minutes universe" and Kenneth Flak's "gods study".

In the 15 minutes of the universe, choreographer David Michael Deng drew inspiration from the concept of "time".

What we do and think are related to time, but time is intangible.

To see the people around you can only be seen in a moment. However, when we look up to the stars, we feel the flow of time for millions of years.

The "present" we perceive has become a part of the past.

Dance "whirlpool"

During the spectacular performance of Boukje Zweigman, the audience also became part of the performance they watched.

All the spectators should wear grey coats so that when they sit around a circle, they will form a light gray circle.

In front of the audience is a white ring, and behind them is a dark grey ring.

During the performance, these circles will move slowly, like floating in the air.

In the center of the ring, an actress lies under a stone like object.

When the background sounds, the stone floats and the actress rises.

When she got up and stood upright, she began to rotate slowly and speeded up like Derwish (Islamic missionaries).

The whole body keeps bending, but it keeps spinning.

Viewers can enjoy this incredible natural force within a safe distance.

She will rush out of the center of the vortex unexpectedly after forty-five minutes.

Then there was a drum.

With a tremendous force, she widened the ring as if she were out of control and pushed directly to the audience.

At this point, the music became more peaceful and the actors softened. She began to look for opportunities to escape from the inner ring, but there seemed to be no exit.

She can only go back to the center.

At this point, the rotation speed of the actor slows down.

A sound came from far away.

The people on the stage are fading away...
