Reporters in Chaoyang City business sector learned that in last year's consumer complaints in the city, clothing, shoes and household appliances showed an upward trend, accounting for 20.8% and 17.6% of the total complaints respectively.

Clothing shoes and hats 97 complaints, accounting for 20.8% of the total number of complaints, ranking second.

The main problems of clothing are: fading, opening and jumping, and operators do not return them according to their promises.

The main problems of shoes are: bottom breaking, cross section, glue opening and fading. Some businesses sell counterfeit brand names to deceive consumers by selling them at preferential price and discount.

According to the analysis, the reason is that the "Three Guarantees" of clothing and footwear are generally stipulated, lacking operability and lack of binding force on operators.

Some businesses have poor reputation, often using perfunctory evasion and other means to evade liability.

Some manufacturers and operators use the quality condition of clothing and shoes to see clearly, but the cost of testing is higher. Many consumers are unwilling to detect this situation, and produce products of inferior quality for profit.

Some businesses' sales of clothing and shoes in the "season" have also become the causes of the controversy. They use clothing and footwear for a shorter period of "Three Guarantees", and sell clothing and shoes in the name of "season discount", while consumers are willing to buy such goods because they are willing to give cheap goods, because such businesses promise to give "three packages", which consumers feel is cheap and secure.

However, the merchandise sold in the "back season" is often sold for three or four months or even longer before consumers buy it, and the "three packets" period is calculated from the date of purchase, rather than from the date of use, so when consumers are asked to wear questions during the season, they have passed the "three pack" period and no one is responsible.

Home appliances complaints increased.

A total of 82 complaints were received from household appliances, accounting for 17.6% of the total number of complaints.

The reason for this analysis is that now there are many kinds of household appliances. New products such as induction cooker, LCD TV, MP3, MP4 and so on emerge in endlessly, and there are only industry regulations or habits, and the corresponding regulations are lagged behind. The operators make an article on the purchase channel, do it in a shoddy way, and pretend to be genuine. When consumers buy, they do not issue invoices to consumers (to reduce the price as bait), and do not fill in warranty cards. In the repair service, because the service of the repair units is not standardized and the technicians are not in good repair, the consumers will not arrange the warranty period with the operators when they repair the goods, and the repairers do not provide repair vouchers.
