On The Rising Road Of Fur Professional Village In Dongyuan City, Yangyuan City
In the skin crushing industry, there has always been a saying that "the world looks at Greece and China sees Yangyuan". The mink pieces of Yangyuan, which are processed in China, account for 80% of the total.
But in such a "hometown of China's fur processing", Dongcheng village has been firmly occupying a prominent position.
The birthplace of Yangyuan crushing and leather processing always leads the county's technological development direction. Its exquisite workmanship of sewing mink leftovers is second to none in the north and the whole country. It is also because the Dongcheng villagers have built up their own businesses with the spirit of perseverance, and have made great achievements through the pformation of the craftsmen and workers. The fur processing specialist accounts for 62% of the total number of households in the village, with a total output value of more than 1 million yuan and a profit of 300 thousand yuan. There are more than 30 large enterprises, and the processing volume takes up half of the county's total area. The radiating radius is as many as more than 100 surrounding villages, and the working population reaches more than 20 thousand farmers, and the business tentacles extend to Russia, Poland and other countries. The reason is not only because it is.
So, what causes the small Dongcheng village to become a "big market" with important influence in the shattered industry?
Traditional and market docking -- this is a traditional technology that has spread over a century.
In the past hundred years of historical evolution, people here have completed the great leap from survival to self realization. The Dongcheng village has been developing fur processing for hundreds of years, especially the processing of broken skin is the strong technology of the village.
As Guo Jianbing, the professional fur merchant of the village, jokes, "the earliest maid of Yangyuan was in the east city.
The land is poor, and the land can not make much money.
In order to survive, many people began to deal with leather from Grandpa's grandfather.
Like my family, my parents have a good skill of sewing fur, and they have been engaged in this business all the time.
It seems that there is no reason why I have entered the fur processing industry.
However, as time goes on, traditions are also evolving unconsciously. In the past, the "Maomao" here is mostly a small boy who goes to Zhangjiakou or Beijing and other places.
By now, the old "Maomao" who had gone abroad and accumulated some experience had not been satisfied with giving others a hand and seeking some small profits. They had pulled out their stalls as bosses, and got their own development and got tangible benefits.
Under the guidance of this ideology, by 1993, more than 100 households in the village had embarked on the road of self entrepreneurship, and now the scale is larger, reaching more than 800 households and more than 2000 people.
The combination of nature and innovation is a group that is rooted in the nature of farmers but also surpasses the nature of farmers.
In order to achieve the goal of pursuing, they both have the simple and bitter taste of eating bitter sweat and sweat, and have the consciousness and desire of continuous learning and innovation.
Perhaps it is the reason why the land is not rich, and why it is mostly accompanied by poverty in the history.
It is precisely because of this that they have withstood all kinds of bitterness in their pioneering work.
"The skin is bitter!" at the beginning, there was no technology and no ability to make a decent leather finishing.
At that time, there was no room for leisure at home. All the days were to lay up the bedding as a workshop, to set up a bedplate at night, to earn some small money for processing, and to accumulate a little bit of land, and gradually scale up.
Although these scenes are very far away from their lives today, Li Ru is still deeply worried by the huge fur in the village.
In addition, in the past, Dongcheng village had another feature in the development of shredded leather processing, that is, the locals did not produce leather, nor did they have a place to export their skins. They were always sold and sold by foreign businessmen.
"In order to make more money, I went to other villages to join in the fur collecting and distributing areas like Tai camp and Zaoqiang," Li said. "At that time, we had too little capital and no direct train. In order to save money, we got steamed bread, pickled vegetables, and crowded the train for two days and nights to get there.
One thing is that information was not interconnected at that time. We did not know when there was fur coming from the market, and sometimes there was no supply for a long time.
In my memory, I waited 38 days for the longest time.
Hardship is not afraid, but the feeling of being controlled is irritating, and it is still earned by many wholesalers such as big camp and Zaoqiang.
In order to gain more initiative and reduce the cost further, Dongcheng people cast their eyes on the whole country. Their footprints extended to Heihe, Guangzhou, Manchuria and other places, and contacted directly with suppliers.
There are more places to go, wider horizons and expanded business ideas, and some of the East Village people who are flexible in their minds have changed their vision to the "production and sale" links.
"In the past, we had been sewing leather at home, waiting for customers to come home, and not understanding the relevant information in the industry.
This brings about two problems, that is, the right to order and the right to price are not in our grasp.
If our skins are not in fashion or there is a slight change in the market, the leather will be priced down or even thrown into the hands.
Guo Jianbing, who made the above remarks, is also an early practitioner.
In 1996, he brought the leather from the village into the market of Yabo Road, Beijing, and dealt with some domestic and international distributors. He learned the latest trends in the industry, followed the quality standards of other people, studied the color technology of others, brought back production and processing in villages, and sometimes made garments and sold them back to the Yabo Road market, earning several times more profits than before.
It is also because the Dongcheng village has many "Maomao craftsmen" who are innovative and self breaking like Li Ru and Guo Jianbing. The leather produced by Dongcheng village has always been in the dominant position in style and quality in the tens of eight villages. Due to frequent contact with the outside world, the name of Dongcheng Village's fur has also been heard, and more and more businessmen come here.
Gradually, a village trading market flourished.
Persevering and seeking change is a mature group of businessmen who have experienced several ups and downs in the market.
With their own experience, they persevered in exploring the inner economic laws of fur processing industry, and flexibly adapted to the situation. However, they never refused to abandon the fur processing industry. The year of "red" is five years, and "black" is three years.
During the interview, a lot of fur processing households in the village said this to reporters.
This is also the inherent rule that they summed up after decades of struggle in this industry.
Far from it, nearly three years ago, the village's fur processing experienced three ups and down.
But what is remarkable is that even after so many waves, most people in the village stick to this business.
Adversity is the best discipline.
After several times of choking water in the commercial sea, everyone knows that no business can always earn nothing.
Fortunately, the villagers are artisans who have good handicrafts, and have the bottom line protection for fur processing. They can expand their scale and become their own owners when they are good. When they are not good, they can reduce their stalls. Even small scale processors will go back to work for large families.
But no matter what, no one will really leave the fur processing business!
As long as the situation improves, everyone will join in. "
Wu Guibin, deputy secretary of the village Party committee, said.
It is this kind of flexible way of starting a business that makes the fur processing industry of Dongcheng village not only disappear in the fierce market competition, but also become stronger and stronger.
At the same time, failure makes people think, thinking makes people progress.
For large families like Li Ru and Guo Jianbing, facing each wave trough, "sticking to" is not the most important thing for them to consider. "Controlling risk" and "adversity breaking through" have become a topic for discussion between them.
"It is the most difficult period. We are also a member of the 40% left behind processing households in the village.
But we must see that this industry is now extremely sensitive to domestic and international policies and economic environment.
If we can stand tall, see far, take precautions and plan ahead, we will earn money in the same bad year, "Guo Jianbing said.
Helping and guiding the industry is a hot spot suitable for the development of fur processing industry.
The help and guidance of the government has laid the foundation for the bigger and stronger fur processing industry in Dongcheng village, pointing out that the direction of capital, environment and market has been a bottleneck for further development of fur processing industry in Dongcheng village.
In order to make effective breakthroughs, Yangyuan County Party committee, county government, Dongcheng Town Committee and town government have been trying to do well in helping and guiding.
On the one hand, they actively provide information, credit funds and good development environment for the fur processing households. While ensuring the legitimate and orderly conduct of the fur trading, they have attracted a number of large merchants from Guangzhou, Shenzhen and even South Korea to make fur trading in the east city. The daily pactions reached hundreds of thousands of yuan, which inject vitality into the development of the fur processing industry.
On the other hand, they focus on cultivating large and strong families in the villages.
On the basis of encouraging operators to expand outward and expand the sales network, we should guide them to give full play to the advantages of technology, capital and sales, constantly expand the scale of production, and constantly upgrade the industrial level, so as to attract more farmers to participate in it, and then form a large household management pattern with small households and small households in the village, creating a strong entrepreneurial atmosphere in the whole village.
The key to starting a business is in the main body of entrepreneurship itself.
Along their way to entrepreneurship, it seems that in addition to the positive impact of the increasingly good external environment, the self pformation, self effort and self adjustment of Dongcheng villagers play a crucial role in their entrepreneurship, successful entrepreneurship and continuous entrepreneurship.
Just imagine that if they were still like the grandparents of more than a hundred years ago, guarding the exquisite sewing skills, the golden rice bowl could not be better utilized. Most people still revolved around the barren land or did not dare to really go to the market.
Dongcheng can only be an ordinary and poor village in China's territory that can never be identified.
Just imagine that if Dongcheng villagers did not have the ability to bear hardships during the day when they were "bosses in the daytime" and "sleep in the floor at night", then the professional managers of Dongcheng village could not even reach half of their current scale.
If Dongcheng village people only follow the tradition and remain in the business, and do not know how to learn and accept new knowledge and technology, and do not know how to find new ways or outlets, then the Dongcheng village will never have such a large scale of operation.
Just imagine that if Dongcheng villagers do not explore and understand the law of the industry, give up easily when faced with failure, or do not understand flexibility, they always think of "hard hitting" to lose "Castle Peak" so that even if the situation improves and "no firewood can burn", then the Dongcheng Village's bustling fur trading scene will become a distant memory.
Fortunately, all of the above is a tentative idea.
Dongcheng village people realized and proved themselves by actions and achievements, so that we could see the energy burst out by entrepreneurs.
