It has strictly controlled the entrance, managed the on-site personnel, and provided safety escort for the project construction. Under the leadership of the project commander in chief, the project realized the production of weaving workshop I in April 2022. In July of the same year, the 220KV substation was put into use and the texturing workshop I was put into production. In order to speed up the production of the industry as soon as possible, the project department overcame various difficulties and finally realized the production of thermoelectric phase I and the first set of polyspinning device in February 2023, It marks that Hengyang has successfully developed the whole process from "thermoelectric spinning texturing weaving". Immediately after the other three sets of polyspinning devices were put into production, it was the only enterprise in China that was put into production that year and realized 1.2 million tons of new functional fibers that year.
