The spinnability is also greatly affected by the spinneret structure of the equipment. The key point of melt electrospinning for filament preparation lies in the cluster drafting before the filament head enters the unstable period. The first melt electrospinning filament/yarn device jointly developed by the National Advanced Functional Fiber Innovation Center and the British Blue Laboratory of Beijing University of Chemical Technology is the first to realize the stable and continuous preparation of melt differential electrospinning yarn, which is widely applicable to PET, PA, PP, PPS, PLA and PBAT.

Focusing on the performance requirements of FDY/POY/DTY finishes, he introduced the variety adaptability, process adaptability, washability, green environmental protection, safety and other details and precautions for use. At present, DTY finishes are basically localized; The performance of the main monomer of FDY finishes has made rapid progress and can basically meet the downstream demand; The comprehensive properties of POY finish spinning and texturing basically meet the process requirements, the adaptability of conventional hot box is good, and there is still room for progress in the high-temperature short hot box; Industrial silk finishes basically rely on imports.
