At the meeting, various enterprises exchanged experiences and practices in labor employment management, discussed the problems existing in the process of recruiting workers in garment processing enterprises in the region, and discussed how to further regulate the industry.

  《共同约定》的主要内容包括:一是各企业要严格遵守劳动保障法律法规,与招用员工签订书面劳动合同,参加社会保险,自觉遵守国家工资和工时方面的有关规定;二是各企业通过正规渠道招用员工,严禁以任何不正当手段竞争员工,裁减人员时应按法律规定的条件和程序进行;三是不录用与区域内本行业其他企业尚未解除或者终止劳动关系的员工,对于在招录过程中发现违反竞业限制或者服务期约定的员工,应及时向该员工所在单位反馈,并不得招用该员工,做到诚信用人,用诚信人;四是按照有关部门公布的区域内本行业职工工资指导线合理确定员工工资待遇,如需较大幅度调整员工工资标准之前应书面征求其他方意见和建议;五是建立区域内本行业企业例会制度,采用轮值主席制,原则上每年举行一次,各企业有权对违反本约定的一方提出意见和建议,违
