The establishment of the specification is supported by the innovation and foresight technology research plan of the textile comprehensive institute, the Technology Department of the Ministry of economic affairs.

The textile complex also won the award of the "2015 BSI AWARD new standard Contribution Award" by the British Standard Association -bsi.

The "LED active warning clothing" is a combination of textile complex / fabric line, Hongxing photoelectric /LED yarn textile complex, LED yarn patent authorization Hongxing optoelectronics, and assists in the construction of LED yarn production line and mass production, ocean information / control chip and module package (LED scintillation micro system circuit / electric flow management module / stream module / terminal module and other electronic circuit manufacturing and mold package), and the textile industry's warning clothing processing technology.

Bai Zhizhong said that the "LED active warning clothing" will give practical experience to the traffic police on duty, and it can be used in other night workers such as road cleaners in the future to enhance night workers.
